To copyright or not to copyright?
If you’ve ever had any creative work stolen, you know the multitude of feelings that occur via the violation.

Estimates are that it costs an average of ~$350,000 to prosecute a federal lawsuit to enforce copyrights. Cases can take as long as seven years to resolve and cost clients anywhere from $250,000 to $800,000. Most creative professionals simply can’t afford to protect their rights. The game is for the big players only. “

The Small Claims Act intends to create a level playing field for starving artists where their individual work(s) have been flagrantly stolen by a large production entity.
